Moving Little Bodies With An Indoor Obstacle Course


It can be difficult to find ways for kids to get enough movement in small spaces or on cold days, but with a little creativity it is possible. An indoor obstacle course promotes muscle strength, alleviates boredom, strengthens balancing skills and challenges kids. With a few simple items you probably have around the house, you can create (or better yet, let the kids help you create) an indoor obstacle course to accomplish all of these things.
